James Walsie Kitchens Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walsie Kitchens (Noxapater, Mississippi), who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Velia Kitchens and Bennie Kitchens; and his brother Joseph L. Kitchens. He is survived by: his wife Lila Quinn Kitchens of Starkville; his daughters, Debra Kitchens Thrasher (Boyd) of Starkville, MS and Anita Kitchens Howard of Starkville, MS; his sisters, Doris Hindman of Louisville and Allegra Kitchens of Palatka, FL; and his grandchildren, William Thrasher, Jr. (Michelle), Brian Thrasher (Kristy), Toni Howard and Michelle Starns. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
