He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Johnson and Cynthia Holman Johnson; and his brother Billy Keith Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hanna Johnson (Kathy); his daughters, Chasity Wells (Chris), Penny Wells (David) and Cynthia Hanna McCain (Joseph); his grandchildren, Anna Katherine Wells Woods (Tyler), Abby Wells Battle (Kooper), Chandler Wells, Johnson Wells, Ryker Wells, Eli McCain and Hub McCain; his great grandchildren, Riley Ann Woods and Bailey Kate Woods; and his sister Betty McMillan.
