She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leonard Quinn and Mazie Berniece Taylor Quinn; and her brother Kenneth Douglas Quinn. She is survived by: her husband Billy S. Barnes; her son Jeffrey Earl Barnes (Nancy) of Houston; her grandsons, Paul (Maria) and Sean; her son Gary Thomas Barnes; her grandchildren, Corey and Delaney; her daughter Karen Barnes Gibbs (Bobby); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Cameron and Connor; her daughter Julie Barnes Camacho (Carlos); and her grandchildren, Sabrina, Quentin, William and Cathy. She is also survived by her four children and her eleven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
