He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Reed and Charlie Reed; his wife Mary Ann Reed; and his children, David Reed and Debra Lynn Reed.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Charles Reed (Amanda) of Batesville, MS and Daniel Reed of Noxapater; his siblings, Mildred Goodin of Noxapater, Patsy Webb of Noxapater, Martha McArthur (Ricky) of Louisville and David Reed (Mary) of Noxapater; his grandchildren, William Thomas Reed and Mary Frances Barnes; his great grandchildren, Nora Barnes and Luke Charles Reed; and his friend Lois Ellis.
