He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Gibson, Sr. and Nannie Chapman Gibson; his sister Barbara Gibson; and his aunt Annie Bell Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Faye Gibson; his children, Ginger McMillan (Rusty) and Scotty Gibson (Patty) of Newton; his grandchildren, Tyler McMillan (Katie) of Philadelphia, PA, Landry McMillan of Philadelphia, PA, Will Gibson (Kelsey) of Summit and Lexie Gibson of Starkville; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Olivia McMillan, Kolyer and Riggins Gibson.
