He is survived by: his brother Kenny Blackburn of Kingwood; his niece Rachel Kopycinski (Grant) of Argyle, Texas; his nephews, Reid Blackburn of Colorado Springs and Brady Blackburn of Kingwood, Texas; his great-nephew Holden Kopycinski; and his stepfather Marcus Shivers.
