She is survived by: her husband Joe Battle, Jr. of Meridian; her children, Joe Battle, III (Rosemary) of Decatur, MS, Rolland Battle (Tameka) of Meridian, Patrick Battle of Meridian, Antonia Bland (Aubrey) of King George, VA, Tracey Crawford of Meridian, Tina Battle-Brown of Meridian and Hope Battle Greer (Melvin) of Meridian; and her brothers, William Davis of London and England (Charles Davis). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A burial was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ms Veterans Memorial Cemetery (248 Honor Circle, Newton, MS 39345).
