It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne R. Jones in New Albany, Mississippi, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Yvonne R. Jones to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Jones; her son Todd Jones; her parents, Walter Russell and Elizabeth McKenny Russell; and her siblings, Walter O. Russell, Jr. and Betty Joe Russell.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark D. Russell (Sherry) of New Albany, MS and Jay W. Jones (Lisa) of Memphis, TN; her sister Becky Moore (Jimmy) of Oxford, MS; and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Jones of Water Valley. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
