He was predeceased by: his parents, Hermie Cantrell and Elsie Cantrell; his siblings, Wilma Arthur, Temple Lott, Delsie Cantrell, Vernil Cantrell, Velma Cantrell, Kenneth Cantrell and Hermis Cantrell; and his daughter Tammy Cantrell.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hurdle Cantrell; his children, Cindy Casis of Dallas, TX, Terri Taylor (Sam) of Myrtle, Penny Cantrell of Colorado Springs, Melissa Sprouse (Stoni) of Blue Springs, Tina Montgomery (Billy) of New Albany, Mike Cantrell of Fort Myers, FL and Mark Cantrell (Tanya) of New Albany; and his siblings, Vada Lynn of Charleston, WV, Demple Cottrell of Joliet, IL, Margie Redman and Ricky Cantrell of Charleston, WV.
