He is survived by: his father Robert Blackard; his wife Margaret; his children, Mandy, Stephanie Blackard and Johnny Burchfield (June); his siblings, Tonya Swords (Richard), Nikki Roaten (Bradley) and Dean Blackard (Janice); and his grandchildren, Wesley, Riley, Marlee (Tyler), Karlee and Jeremy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
