She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Allen Callucutt and Annie Louis Dodds Callicutt; her husband Willie A. Cook, Jr.; and her brothers, James Lewis Callicutt, William Callicutt and Robert Callicutt.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sue Fortune of Tupelo, Sharon Ann Cook of Hickory Flat, Pamela Kay Cook of Monroe, LA and Willie A. "Bill" Cook, III of Hickory Flat. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
