She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Phillips and Leslie Phillips; her husband Louis Perkins; her former husband James William Brawner; her sister Betty Ketcham; and her stepdaughter Cathy Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Prater (AL); her stepchildren, Cindy Heying (Chris) and Chris Perkins (Sharon); her grandchildren, Allie Judkins Hannah Prater (Jud) and Leeta Ann Prater; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Perkins, Mary Grace Heying, John Luke Heying and Patrick Heying; and her great grandchildren, Libby and Amelia.
