He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Matthew Shields of New Albany and Melissa Glasson (Chris) of New Albany; his siblings, Edward Duane Shields (Joan) of Flint, Michigan and Sherriell Lewis (Edward) of Flint Michigan; and his grandchildren, Easton, John Logan and Charlee Glasson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
