It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Miller Ashmore (New Albany, Mississippi), who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miller and Edith Miller (Victor Ashmore Jr.); her siblings-in-law, Victor Ashmore Sr. and Julia Ashmore; and her siblings, Edd Miller, Ralph Miller, Loeta Hunley and Patricia Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Ashmore (Linda) and David Ashmore (Cindy Ashmore); her grandchildren, John Ashmore (Brandi), Greg Ashmore (Lizzie), Dr. Karen Maltby (Dan) and Angela Little (Adam); her great grandchildren, Evelyn Maltby, Madelyn, Ava Ashmore, Cara, Maisie Ashmore, Ruby and Lennon Little; and her siblings, Robert Miller (Delores), John Miller, Ida Brehm, Velma Maples and Ann Ledgerwood (Sam). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
