She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleve Boutwell and Dorothy Boutwell (Robinson); and her siblings, Teresa Farmer and Bobby Boutwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Vance (Scott), Wendy Stephens (David) and Cristy Davis (Phillip Griffith); her grandchildren, Conner Milstead, Skylar Vance, Noah Vance (Ralie), Anyston Vance, Raven Stephens, Bo Stephens (Lily), Chase Stephens (Lauren), Joshua Stubbs, Andy Stubbs, Tristen Reed, Davis Reed, Kristy Reed, Haillie Reed and Aspyn Griffith; her great grandchildren, Chipper Stephens, Boomer Stephens, Eva Stephens, Ruthie Stephens and Mallory Matlock; and her sisters, Ann B. Tanner, Billie Fagan (Charlie) and Delois Wimberly (Cleo Howard). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
