She is survived by: her husband Thomas Cook; her daughters, Mindy Dunn (Brian) of Philadelphia, MS and Jennifer Earl Foss (Kyle) of California; her grandchildren, Spencer Manues, Skyler Manues, Harper Dunn and Lyra Foss; her great grandchild Luna Manues; and her siblings, Peggy Spanbauer, Cheryl Burlingame and Mark Cis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
