It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clara Hope Castle (Meridian, Mississippi), born in Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Wilson and Mollie Wilson; and her siblings, James Marcum, A. P. Marcum, Junior Wilson, Guy Wilson, Glenn Wilson, Rosemary Gray and Mollie Mae Fusell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Anderson (Ronnie) and Patricia Green (David); her grandchildren, Jessica Greene (Jonathan), Thomas Schnoor and William Patrick Schnoor; and her sister Bonita Scruggs (Phil). She is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to East Mississippi Animal Rescue (EMAR) in Clara's honor, reflecting her love for both people and animals.
