He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Cook Jr. and Beulah Mae Williamson McCain; his wife Glenda A. Cook; and his siblings, Paul Junior Cook, Betty Thompson, Emma Jane Booth Rosenkrans and Patricia Mae McCain.
He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Hamilton; his brothers, Claude Edward Cook (Danita) and Jerry Cook; and his granddaughter Julianna Thames.
