He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Palmer and Eula Palmer; and his siblings, Cecil Palmer, Joe Palmer, Sam Palmer, Billy Palmer and Willie Alice Tucker.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Ellzy (Jimmy), Susan Frith, Carolyn Mangum (Robert), Bennie Palmer (Amanda) and Judy Palmer; his grandchildren, Chasity McQueen, Alisha Walker, Jason Frith, Justin Mangum, Ali Frye, Jarrad Palmer and Victoria Palmer; his great grandchildren, Matthew McQueen, Ella McQueen, Jake Walker, Clark Mangum and Wilkin Frye; and his sister Bobbie Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
