She was predeceased by: her husband James Dewett; her parents, Roland Wolvin and Winnie Wolvin; her brother Jerry; and her sister-in-law Ardith Wolvin.

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Dewett of McComb and Debbie Dewett Howell (Paige) of Summit; her grandchildren, Hadley Howell of Starkville, Whitley Howell of Hattiesburg and Kran Howell of Summit; her brother Ron; and her sister-in-law Lucille Wolvin of McCook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
