She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Edgar Moore and Maybelle Howard Moore; her husband Marvin Lee Thornton; her siblings, Howard Moore, Edgar "Junior" Moore, Jr., Marie Mulford, Bernice Cotten and Yvonne Myers; and her grandson Brett Sessions.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda T. Netterville (Floyd), Regena T. Compton (Jerry), Denise T. Wentworth (Forrest) and Connie T. Sessions (Lee); her grandchildren, Flint Welch, Amanda Welch, Cliff Wentworth (Amanda), Brandon Wentworth (Robyn) and Alexandria Sessions; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Wentworth, Cassie Wentworth, Jack Wentworth, Eliza Wentworth and Shiloh Wentworth. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
