He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Guida and Rose Sudek Guida; and his brothers, Randy and Harry L. Guida. He is survived by: his sister Antoinette M. "Toni" Sbabo (Richard); his niece Erica Harper (Matt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mallory and Abigail Harper.
