She was predeceased by: her parents, William Luther and Eloise Birdsong Blackledge; and her husband Ted Wells Norris. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew J. Norris (Susan) of Cypress, TX and Andrew L. Norris (Nikki) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Spencer, Jewell, Everett Norris of Cypress, TX and Hannah Norris of Cumming, GA; and her brother W. Robert Blackledge of Lexington, SC..
