He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Thedford (Ted) and Mary Louise Wells Norris (Louise); and his sister Nancy Norris Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Blackledge Norris of Marks; his sons, Matthew J. Norris (Susan) of Cypress, TX and Andrew L. Norris (Nikki) of Cumming, GA; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Jewell, Everett Norris of Cypress, TX and Hannah Norris of Cumming, GA..
Family and close friends are invited but are asked to wear masks and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to First Baptist Church, 300 Maple, Marks, MS 38646 or Baptist Children's Village, or French Camp.
