He was predeceased by: his father James Leonard Locke; his wife Patricia King Locke; and his sisters, Mary Wilson and Jimmie Jones. He is survived by: his children, Bena Louise Locke Cullom (David) of Magnolia, MS, Leonard H. Locke, Jr. (Marie) of Batesville, MS, James Edward Locke (Phyllis) of Marks, MS and Stephen A. Locke of Batesville, MS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
