She is survived by: her caregivers, Lela Green, Tina Kindt and Kathy Riddle; her children, Lidie Stone Murff (Steve) of Houston, Jan Stone Ireland (Tom) of Tupelo and Van Dorn Stone, III (Deborah) of Tupelo; her sister Betty Jean Cotton (Andy) of Macon; her sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Riddell and Sandra Stone; her grandchildren, Michael Murff (Birgit), Ryan Murff, Katherine Murff Page (Josh), Tom Ireland, Jr. (Ivey), Will Ireland (Casey), Katie Ireland, Ross Stone (Jennifer), Mary Catherine Stone Blossom (Jonathan), Lacey Gray Stone Fortenberry (Brady) and Stephen Stone (Marianna); her husband Van Dorn Stone, Jr.; and her siblings, Iola Carolyn Riddell, James William Riddell, Mal Shaw Riddell, Jr. and Sam Garnett Riddell. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, commemorative gifts may be sent to First Baptist Church of Marks or Calvary Baptist Church of Tupelo.
