She was predeceased by: her daughter Judy Blackburn; her parents, Charlie Segars and Janie Segars; and her brother Charles Segars. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeri Wright (Roger) of Big Canoe, GA, Jane Moore (Randy) of Marks, MS and June Smith (Louis) of Houston, TX; her son-in-law Jack Blackburn of Jackson, MS; her grandchildren, Josh Blackburn (Jenna), Chris Wright, Rachel Best (Jobe), Jordan Blackburn, Jarrod Moore (Tiffany), Taylor Grace Smith and Graham Smith (Priscilla); and her sister-in-law Mildred Rose (Claude) of Jackson, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Judy Goodwin Blackburn Scholarship Fund of Mississippi College, or to a church or charity of the donor's choice.
