He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Thorne Wilson; his wife Margaret Wilson; his daughter Mary Setser of Virginia; and his siblings, Eunice Whitaker, Lois Rich, Mattie Koenig, Susie Mae Maxwell and Clinton Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanne Partain (Tommy) of Clarksdale, MS and Jim Wilson (Kathy) of Batesville, MS; his grandchildren, Hayley Hackett (Jason), Leslie Wilson (Mitch), Rachel Huckaby (Dustin) and Elizabeth Partain; and his great grandchildren, Meri Hendrix McDowell, Eliza McDowell, Zane Wilson, Lucian Ricard, Elum Vail and Tobias Huckaby.
