He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey William Howze, Jr. and Dolores Wynne Howze; and his wife Susan Elizabeth Fluker. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Howze Fortner (James); his daughters, Emily Ford (Scott), Elizabeth Stackhouse (Curtis) and Rebecca Staines (Brian); and his grandchildren, Justin, Harrison, Mary Wynne, Will, Cameron and Catherine.
