He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sr. Parker and Mamie Parker; and his siblings, Alice Campbell, James and Douglas Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Parker of Marks, MS; his children, Tammie Welch (Dennis) of Pope, MS and Cecil Parker III; and his sisters, Janet Adams of Humbolt, TN and Amy Elmore (Kevin) of Marks, MS. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
