We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, at the age of 91, Vance D Clemmer Jr. of Madison, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vance Clemmer and Ruth Clemmer; his wife Joy; his children, Vance III of Richland and Carol Bolin of Starkville; and his close friend Watts. He was also cherished by three grandsons and one great grandson.
