We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2022, at the age of 68, James S Armstrong of Madison, Mississippi, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Armstrong, and James Sherrel Armstrong, Sr.; and his brother Allen Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Fran; his daughters, Kimberly Sumrall (Jeff), Katelyn Magee (Bill) and Ann Irvin Armstrong; his grandchildren, James Sumrall, Morgan Sumrall and Myers Sumrall; and his siblings, Mark and Sherrel Ann Moffat.

Memorial donations may be made in Jimmy's honor to Twin Lakes Camp, French Camp, or the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi.
