She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Eugene Burkette; and her husband Arnold Durell Hawkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia R. Hawkins (Bill), Deborah H. Gullick (Gary) and Tracy H. Crain (James). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
