He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis; his children, Ashley Davis Cole, William Alan Lewis (Will), Phillip Alexander Lewis and John Michael Davis; his brother Mark Douglas Lewis (Julie); his grandchildren, Gage, Ryan, Brandon, Tyler, Cole, Hannah, Landon, Isabell, Maddie, Myles, Tanner and Case; his great grandchild Kameron; and his nephew Connor.
