Ward; her daughter Janis Madden (John) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Brian Parker (Dedra), Keith Parker (Christie) and Kristi Shurden (Jeffrey); her great grandchildren, Zach Parker, Grey Robertson, Christian Robertson, Georgia Parker, Cassidy Shelby and Taylor Parker; and her great great grandchild Parker Shelby.
