He was predeceased by: his grandfather Edward McCullouch; and his great-grandparents, Lester and Maggie Childs. He is survived by: his mother Somone McCullouch of Louisville; his grandmother Mary Jo Roach of Louisville; his uncle John; his aunt Betty Roach; his cousin Callie; and his close friends, Jonathan, Bill, Peg Nelson, Tony, Audrey, Diana, Matthew Richardson, Toby and Charles.
