He is survived by: his wife Carmen Albardo Romero of Mexico; his children, Gricelda Valazquez of Austin, Janeth Valzquez Alvarado, Sergio Velazguez of Austin, Texas. and Venancio Valazquez of Austin, Texas.; and his brothers, Valdo Velazquez of Mexico, Alejandro Velazquez of Mexico, Robert Velazquez of Mexico, Guilliermo Velazquez of Mexico, Salvador Velazquez of California and Moy "Junior" Velazguez of Louisville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
