He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Weaver and Robert Franklin Weaver, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Laura Faye Grantham Weaver of Louisville, MS; his daughters, Junicha Gordon of McCool, MS and Cossondra George of Newberry, MI; and his sister Frances W. Holder of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
