He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Inez Ferguson Blaine; his wife Susan Hughes Burns of Columbus, Mississippi; his sons, Yancy Burns (Shanda) of Jackson, Mississippi and Daniel Burns (Misty) of Ethelsville, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Dylan Burns, Morgan Burns, Madilyn Burns, Harper Burns and Evan Burns; his brothers, Jerry Michael Burns (Sheryl) and Robin Blaine; his aunt Rachel Ferguson; his uncle Hubert Ferguson (Wanda); and his parent Wynnie Inez Blaine.
