Flake; her daughters, Paulette Bailey of Virginia, Cynthia Creekmore of Noxapater and Alisa Duncan (Dennis) of Louisville; her daughter-in-law Sandy Flake; and her sons, Timmy Flake (Shari) of Louisville, Gary Willis of Texas and Mark Pope (Kathy) of Genoa, IL. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
