He was predeceased by: his parents, John White and Ada Harris White; his wife Mary White; and his siblings, Earline Hutchinson, Tony White and Carolyn Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Pigg (Daniel) of Carthage and Nancy Jenkins (Tommy); his grandchildren, Delisa Pennel (Sam), Teresa Eaves, Kayla Fulcher (Bruce) and Mason Bennett (Shellie); his siblings, Laura Blackstock of Starkville, Marvel Thompson of Bryram and Travis White of Louisville; and his brothers-in-law, Travis Hutchinson and Johnny Allen.
Memorial contributions in honor of Neal may be given to Wess Chapel Baptist Church, Louisville, MS 39339.
