She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hisaw and Annie Beth Fuller Hisaw; her husband Van Dorne Ming; her siblings, Fannie Hisaw, Dorothy Gutierrez, Bertie Jo "Bert" Hisaw, Marion, Berlin and Embree Hisaw; and her son-in-law Bob Cockrell.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Cockrell (Larry) of Louisville, Delbert Ming (Diane) of Louisville, Monica Cockrell of Louisville and Melanie Taylor (Mickey) of Tupelo, Mississippi.; her grandchildren, Christy Stockstill (Jason), Lori Brent (Michael), Dewayne Ming (Katherine), Jared Cockrell (Lindsey), Amber Harper (Andrew), Jon Richard Crowell (April), Gracelyn Cockrell and Bobbie Jones (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Taylor (Shelby), Layla (Jordan), Cooper, Toby, Lillie, Cayman, Caleb, Logan, Keely, Lauren, Mallory, Hayden, Anne Brantley, Van, Macie, Hunter, Madi Grace and Micah; her sister Gayle Persons of Shuqualak; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Hisaw of Louisville, Susan Hisaw Moore (Alfred) of Pearl and Derrell Ming (Elsie). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
