He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Monroe Daughdrill and Louise Strahan Daughdrill; and his siblings, Gloria Kirkman (Ira), Nelda Mills (Rick), Margaret Ann Daughdrill, Glyndol Daughdrill and Harlon Daughdrill.
He is survived by: his wife Joane Hendrix Daughdrill of Long Beach; his children, Ron Daughdrill (Julie) of Saucier and Carol Donaldson (Mike) of Lizana; his grandchildren, Cole Donaldson (Ellen), Kasey Donaldson and D. K. Donaldson; his great grandchild Emmett Donaldson; his brother Don Daughdrill (Diane) of Brooklyn, MS; and his sister-in-law Linda Daughdrill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
