Fugate; her husband Jack Kenworthy; her children, Russell Kenworthy (Beth) of Long Beach, MS, Shannon Dexter (Chris) of Melbourne, FL and Laci Carroll (Dean) of Dublin, VA.; and her grandchildren, Jenna Carroll, Nathan Kenworthy, Josh Dexter, Dani Carroll and Amelia Kenworthy.
