It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Luther Cannon (Liberty, Mississippi), who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Mae and Jordan Cannon; and his siblings, Ida Mae Stalling, Emma Patton, Prince Ollie Parker, Helen Boykins, Sadie Hood, Jordan Cannon, Jr., George Cannon, Sr., Ivory Jefferson Cannon, Logan Cannon, Sr. and Joe Louis Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Inetha Cannon; his daughter Netasha Bell (Demitrius); his grandchildren, Morgan Cannon and Shane Bell; and his sister Fannie Colen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
