He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Wotring Ross. He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Ross Jr. (Nancy) of Jacksonville, FL, Cheryl Lint (Robert) of Perryopolis, PA, Bruce Ross of Apopka, FL and Katrina Bernard (Michael) of Monticello, MS; and his sister Kathryn Kelly (Charlie) of Alpharetta, GA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
