He is survived by: his mother Patsy Seaton Mayberry of Carmack; his wife Alicia Ervin of Kosciusko, Mississippi; his children, Kolby Ervin (Sara) of Caruthersville, Jamie Lepard (Lourie) of Kosciusko, Mississippi and Rhiannon Blaine (Aaron) of Carmack; his brother William Ervin (Sonya) of Carmack; his grandchildren, Gavin Lepard, Kaylee Lepard, Bryson Rushing, Hadley Edwards, Rylee Blaine, Emersyn Ervin, Kolson Ervin and Maggie Blaine; and his nieces and nephews, Derek Ervin, Jade Ervin and Zack Trehern.
