She was predeceased by: her husband James "Bo" Owens, Sr.; her parents, Harry Sorrells and Gladys Chorley Sorrells; her granddaughter Anna Owens; and her siblings, John Sorrells and Bettye Sorrells.
She is survived by: her children, James Earl "Bo" Owens (Delia) of Madison, MS, Carrie Sims (Jeff) of Kosciusko, MS and Stephanie Morgan (Hamer) of Clinton, MS; her grandchildren, Madison Hurdle (Justin), Austin Sims (Katherine), Alexandria Owens, Benjamin Owens, Sidney Owens Morgan, Kate Morgan and Quin Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Maely and Maddie Hurdle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
