She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Ivey and Jewel Harger Ivey; her grandsons, Tony Crosby and Dylan Ellington; and her sisters, Carol Payne and Joy Ivey.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Ellington; her children, Terry Ellington (Betty), Tommy Ellington (Jennifer) and Sandra Howard (Larry); and her siblings, Chuck Ivey (Julia), Karen Clanton (Charles) and Fay Gerald. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
