It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Deason (Kosciusko, Mississippi), who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benford Carter and Jewell Carter (Robert L. Deason); her son Mark Deason; her sister Alter June Carter; her brother-in-law Lester B. Moore; and her great grandchild Olivia Lee.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Deason; her sons, Tim Deason (Jamie), Jan Deason (Cindy) and Steve Deason (Claire); and her siblings, Everett Carter and Louise Moore. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
